In an unprecedented declaration, James Michel told an indifferent Mauritian paper that he will win the next elections because the Opposition in Seychelles is non-existent.

If the Opposition is NON-EXISTENT I wonder Why!

Who Did What?

To refresh Mr. President’s Recollection of years gone by let me pose a few simple questions:

·        Who promised us oil in 2006 that was suppose to make all Seychellois richer then Arabs in UAE?

·        Who made us the Richest Country In Africa based on Money Laundering?

·        Who kept our people poor while we were the Richest Country in Africa?

·        Who jailed our young men, making us the UNDP Rank No.1 For jailing men under 30 in The World?

·        Who brought mercenaries to Seychelles (Gurhkas and Irish ) to rule over Bona Fide Seychellois?

·        Who paid David Pierre to run a fake opposition?

·        Who paid off SNP in the National Assembly to guarantee a pension for life, so there is no Opposition in Seychelles?

·        Who Paid Mancham  and used him as a historical doormat to secure an endorsement for life?

·        Who beat up Kalawan and Ferrari on October 3^rd, then settle for Scr. 150,000.00 each?

·        Who failed to file a single Human Rights Report for 22 years?

·        Who set fire to the REGAR press?

·        Who Ransacked the MSR offices at Docklands?

·        Who burned down Christopher Gill’s store and caused a loss of Scr. 500,000.00 from this single incident, there are more.

·        Who uses mobile phones to call journalists to say tell them to stop writing or else?

·        Who paid STAR Administrator SCR. 1.5 Million in exchange for a password?

·        Who BANKRUPT Seychelles in 2007, and has kept Seychelles BANKRUPT in 2015?

·        Who ran for President & Vice President in 2000 on the Rene- Michel Ticket?  Term Number One.

·        Who ran for President & Vice President in 2006 on the Michel- Belmont Ticket? Term Number Two .

·        Who ran in 2011 for President & Vice President on the Michel –Faure ticket Three Terms.

·        Who thinks Four Terms means Three Terms, and Three Terms means Four Terms?

·        Who will abrogate the Constitution of Seychelles on Term of Office, because he is a nasty dictator underneath all that nice soft talk and skin deep politeness?

·        Who would be interested in giving such a dictator any legitimacy? Kalawan.

·        Who central air conditioned his entire house, including toilets?

Your Reference:

Seychelles Constitution Article 52. (1) Provides in material part:

Subject to this article, a person elected as President shall hold office for a term of Five years-

(2) A person shall hold office as President under this Constitution for not more than three terms.

I suggest Mr. Michel, you invoke the follow paragraph of the Constitution:

Constitution of Seychelles Article 52. (5)

The President may, by writing addressed to the Speaker, resign from office of the President.

In order that the following is not applied to you:

Seychelles Constitution Article 53. (1) (2)

(1). This article shall have effect with regard to the removal of the President from office on ground of mental or physical capacity.

(2) Where the Cabinet resolves, upon a motion supported by the votes of a majority of all members of the Cabinet, that the question of the mental or physical capacity of the President to discharge the functions of the office of the President, ought to be investigated, the Cabinet shall inform the Chief Justice.

Or

(3)… The National Assembly can pass a motion, to investigate your health, if you think Three terms is Four Terms and Four Terms is Three Terms.
