Mr Herminie,a sytem zhat its leaders are appointed and not elected is called a dictatorship ......In all communist,dictaorial system leaders are appointed,or finger picked by a small gang of party members at the politburo. .......we saw the same practice in North korea after kim death,when Rene left.......
