PL Being Destroyed By Two Key Ministers Before 100 Days!

You read it right! PL is being destroyed by Two (2) key ministers. Minister number one: Christian Lionnet. Minister number Two Eddith Alexander.

Christian Lionnet

Minister Lionnet is a key Central Committee member, famous for his red shirts, and unfortunately for most of Seychelles, he is the Minister of Land Use. No one seems to know or under stand why he does what he does in PL, for that matter in the country.
Recently Minister Lionnet went on SBC to try to explain his side of the story concerning the bad press he has been getting.

Minister advised us he has 245 plots in Land Bank that needs to be subdivided to be allocated. Demand for land plots must be sitting at 4000 plots. I can provide him with 800 plots myself, if he is willing to pay his way. Ile Aurore can provide him with 5000 plots, under his nose, but he forgot about it.   So basically Minister is sleeping on the job.

The survey division in spite of all the technological upgrades of GIS and cadastrals still take weeks on weeks to file a plan for a plot. This is a procedure that should not take more then 7 days in today's World.
Compliance Section is run by someone who was a sanitary inspector and cannot read a plan. Are you kidding us or what? From making sure bins are clean and mosquitoes are murdered in a timely manner to assessing approved plan compliance?

Planning Authority has enjoyed a newly renovated ground floor reception desk that services the Public. This is welcome as I always said, Minister Lionnet has a fine touch for decorations and expensive furnishings and fixtures. But unfortunately this is not how we judge the performance of a Minister of Lands.

The Supreme Court issued a indictment equivalent judgment against Minister Lionnet on the Praslin Land a Use Plan. The judgement was signed and sealed with case law, and land laws like a coffin for the Minister and the way he works. It is what is inside that defuncts and exposes his mal practice as a leader in Land Use for Seychelles.

Minister from my experience has little practical concept of time. His problem is as basic as that. Next, he fails to understand the effects of his bad decisions on Seychellois, all of us. It appears he uses technology more for Facebook and personal texting then use it to deliver excellent standards of service across the Board to the citizen. While Minister Lionnet enjoyed a lovely Christmas dinner and trip overseas very likely to unwind and relax since his salary was guaranteed how many of us has our little children asking us with tears, where is Santa Claus? Did Minister Lionnet ask Immigration to cancel his GOP? Or did Minister Lionnet just leave files stacked up, pending, unresolved, and go on holiday? Now Valentines Day is coming, what gift will we give our children, a kiss, a hug, and we will say this is from Christian Lionnet?

Underneath Minister of course is the CEO of planning Mr. Gerard Hoarau. He now spends more time on staff welfare issues then he does on Planning issues since the staff are revolting in silence. His pathetic handling of the judgment on the Praslin Land Use Case demonstrated clearly, why he must never become a minister. Recall well the SCCI dealt with Mr. Hoarau last year on the very same issue. I will address the consequences of this mal - administration later.

Eddith Alexander

Minister of Employment.

Michel seems not to have leraned anything from the decembers elections.Instead of getting rid of thes incompetent like lionet, alexander,Mitsy, mcsuzy for his own survival,Michel kept his govt unchange .Hecwil pay the price in the coming Assenbly election.
Lionet said there is only aroung 200 plots,available........He has illegaly .....sold al public land to foreigners or pl has gifted themselves hectares on land like Morgan on Praslin etc.........
Michel must deliver and sack those incompetrnt immidiately, else pl wil continues on the slip into the precipice and loosing zhe majority in the assembly in the coming asembly elections.Michel has two, choices get rid of those donkeys destroying him and pl as fast as possible,or he can choose a defeat in the assembly election.

We all heard Michel just, after robbing the Decembers 2015 election telling seychelois“I heard u,and feastly taking on his ministers“'Three months later seychellois isyasking if Michel is short~minded and has forgotten his own words or he has lost control other somecof his ministers to zhe likes .What,we,can clearly say though is that Lionet is not only humiliating Seychellois but most importantly,he seems to ignore Michel andchumiliating him.Whocis thr Boss,Michel or Lionet?Looking at Lionet actions,as,land use, minister and after hearing his, fumble on SBC it clear, that,Lionet is,ignoring Michel and acting as,a mini dictator.
Seychellois is gravely concerned by zhe, lackadaisical attitude of lionet in handling zhe land use ministry.
Michel must take urgent measures to control his ministers ,or continues face humiliationcform lionet and Alexander.
Michel should maybe spend less of his time posing in frontcof SBc camera for photo shoting for NATION and more of his time pressing National issues, and seychellois concerns.
Seychelles needs. Hand~on adminstration zhat is prepared to bite zhe bullet and take immediate measures to avert any further bleeding of cornatose land use policy or face more discontent among zhe population.Michel must make a choice, namely continues with his incompetrnt, arrogant minister to the likes of lionet or cho an arrogant se to put seychellois concerns before one man incompency. There is thing zhat michel i hope has learnd from zhe last electiond, namely, that it is Seychellois support he needs to stay in power and not an,arogant, incompetent individual like lionet......The fact is that individuals like lionet is helping zhe disintegration of pl.

This is so true. So many people have been harm by lands.
They go on SBC act like they are innocent
SBC offers no alternate view.
What is worse is Gerard Hoarau and Christian Lionnet both had prepared questions for their interview on Extra.
What a disgrace for Le Pep.

It is,important to consider the consequences for ordinary citizens of land corruption going unpunidhed. The misallocation of public land instigates a process whereby something that should be availsble for thecpublic good is transformed into private property, thus depriving Seychellois their rights to acess tovland.
Acute distress of bureaucratic power over land issues is widespred among seychellois. The allocation ofvpublic land in pursuit of patronage and profit has long been practised by successive ministers. The deficiencies of undue confidence in strengthening the rulevof law

Landuse in seychelles should be held, managed, used thatcis, equitable, efficient, productive and sustainable.ALL PUBLIC land belongs to the peoplecof Seycheles collectively as a Nation, communities, and individuals.
The landuse policy should recognise and reaffirm the right of all Seychrllois tocown land as a basic resource in order to enhance social and economic equity.
In recognising of the fact that land isxa national Asset,,the policy should reducevsignificantly the powers of one individual to allocate land. These powers should instead be vested in a PERMANENT LAND COMMISSION eich should be established by the constitution to continually review matters relating to the formulation and inplementation ofvland policy. In other words, the Permanent land Commission actsxasxa trustee on behalf of all citizens.
All allocations of government/public land must be through Auction~~~This will reduce the temptation to allocate land purely on a speculative basis and also ensure that the govt realizes full value of the Nations resources. The full benefit of the value ,should be derives by the whole Nation and not by a few profiteers.
Allocations of govt/public land must be approved by PARLIAMENT through the PERMANENT LAND COMMISSION.

Pure corruption and abuse of power..Surely Michel would tell you it is a perception though all the physical facts....

Michel seems able to keep his housecin order.Just read STC is going to give by unilateral and discrinatory decision its employees a FITHEEN MONTH SALARY,,,,....never heard and seen elsewhere in the world..Such absurdity happens only here in ABSURDISTAN.......Again it shows how Michel xhas lost control over his ilks.........All this abuses happens Jenpa is on a world begging tour.....
IT seems thdat even Ram has no problem withsuch gross abuse and robbery of tax payers, money. He hasxhis asshole zipped.

STC- 15 month salary does not include Annual Leave.
So it is really 16 th month salary.
This is abuse of Public funds. This money could be used to seriously reduce the cost of living at STC it's proclaimed mandate.
What they are doing is buying votes. Similar to Seypec practice of a 14 th month salary.
Ex Service men, even if they are DEAD, their family can collect the money.
No country in the world would do that.
What does not PL treat the living fairly? Then we will not care who is in power , since Ram will not be a alternative to PL.
He is worse.

I want to say something about the minister for labor.
Before she came labor. We higher Seychellois staff where we could, vacancies left un filled we were allowed to import expat.
It is general knowledge today that Seychelles has the highest rate if incarceration in the world per capita.
It is general knowledge that Seychelles is the highest obese level in the world.
It is general knowledge that service is horrid in these otherwise placid lovely islands.
As a hotel manager for two years I must say, we face an us daunting challenge in recruitment. The system in place is extremely unjust and seems to depend on if you are in the ministers diary or not.
A country simply cannot expand its GDP under these severe archaic predispositions.

High incarcerations is a result of seychelois not having jobs taken by cheap Expats,The number of expatscin seychellescis over 50#plus thousands and that not only take seychellois jobsxand turn seychellois in criminald,it also, destroy our economy, put pressurecon housing, water, increase trashes, put pressurecon our social, health, transport ,education sytem..and increase ourbpolpulation by thousands.....
Countries like dingapour, uae, saudi, oman andvothers that used to dependent on expats have taken radical actions to deport, reduce, and stop depency on rxpats for they have seen the other social and othercproblems expats causes on the longcterm for thrir coutry population, security, stability and economy success...in Uae the measurecis calles Emiratization,in saidu arabia itbis, caled saudirization etc. That they putting theircpeople interests first before expats...... Thevprisoncis teemedcwith most seychrllois acgused of sellingcor using Grass while pl hard drug escobars like,Mareno and many others are freed though caughtcred handed with kiloscofchrd drugs.Countries like the,USA even Mexico zhatcusedcto have the most harsh punishment for Grass dealers, have legalized Grass and the resultcis, illegal drug dealers havd been literally radicated, and now many statescin the US that, have illegal Grass comsumption arecmaking billions of dollars in revenues.....revenues that they could not generate before.
What doescpl do?nothing for hard drug dealers, arecofficiald, family membrrs, supporters of the terroristcpl system

Expendrncy of Gdp by using expats, while naitive become poorer is meaninglesss....Citizens stadardcofcliving, well fare must be affected byGDP growth..Deprndency on expats destuctive and that explain why arab countries, have been implementing policies to reduce, control and get,rid on their dependency on,Expats.....

Pl implements policies that favor expats and penalize Seychellois.
This is the problem.
Pl has a favoritism policy towards expats at Ministry of employment.
I live thru it everyday.
Last year their favoritism policy cost us Seychellois 150,000 in airline tickets for Sri Lankan workers , who come here to work, but ministry of employment tell them they can just holiday and make our company pay for their lovely trip.
It is a total joke.

Pl likes indians, sri lankans and chinese more than seychellois.Just look for instance,SBC....if u donot see Michel,.all news is concentrated on showing us Sri lankans, indians or chinese while seychellois......we see Pl showing us indian, and Sri lankan raising flags on our soil, dancing on our, steeets etc................we do have, hundreds of Africans working at Tuna factory, philipinnians and even europeans communitees on our shores,,u never see the later bullshiting us on SBC and dancing on our streets for thry understand Seycheles is not their home and they should not do certain things....not indians and Tamil tigers.....pl has made the later believe they seychelois, and have a legitimate right to do what, they do in our land............

As To expats,if pl does not stop invasion,in two to three decades from they would outnumber seychellois and seychellois will be a minority invtheircown land, and let, alone the ethnical and religious conflict potential they posse to our land.Indians, and sri lankans are known for the incapacity and unwillingness to integratecin host countries they live, thry have,an atrchaic mentaity that consistcof impossing their culture, tradition, eeligion on others... .. and the unwillingness to mix with other groups.....this explains why Sriclanka was long involve in civil war,for no each ethnic gruops cou ld not accept each other tradition, culture etc . . It seens that now they have decided to inport their ethnically conflict on seychellecs shores whith the help,of pl.

We need foreign workers. But treat them fairly PL, DO NOT spoil them.
PL spoils them!

That is the problem.

A Indian Rcruitment agency ask $ 345.00 per month for a gardener.
PL Employment Ministery tells us we have to pay the Indian $525.00 per month.
Is that NUTS or what?

I told the recruiter our annual leave is paid 30 days a year.
He replied the next day, sir, compliments to you. I have advise workers, I had 3 candidates for each post, now I have 300 in 24 hours.
Ministry of Labor does not realize 30 day annual leave for a Indian contract worker is more then anyone in India ever gets?
In India no one takes annual leave. If you take annual leave, you lose your job.
I am not saying do what India does.
But we can reduce this 30 day annual leave paid. Reduce to 10 days per year.
Money sent to India needlessly is money that could be spent IN Seychelles for our People to Benefit.

The majority of indians live $2 a month Holiday is a stranger to them....

This is a perfect example how the Ministry of Employment enriches India at our expense.
Now social Affairs confirms 40% of Seychellois live below the poverty line.
Is Minister of Labor paying attention?
Today for a Seychellois household to live above poverty line they need solid jobs with solid pay.
This means, in our context, unless you are contracted street cleaner earning 15,000.00 per 100 meters, a favored PL scheme, for 780 Seychellois, you need to do more then just gardening and menial jobs to live above the poverty line.
Consequently Employment should release control on these jobs, if controls hurt our economy. Imported
Do,estic workers can be paid less, gardeners less, helpers, less, cleaners less. Why does Employment force feed them with more money then they want?
UAE does not do this.
PL Employment is just treating foreigners better the. Seychellois. This is where the employment problems start. That is the bottom line .
For our people untrained for higher income living, salaries, where are the programs in place to lift them up?
How can we just tell them to spend their below SCR. 10,000.00 better, in spite of that still being under the poverty line?

Seychellois workers need to be paid better, we all agree with this.
A segment of the Seychellois work force, needs training, mentoring, over sight to be moulded into solid workers.
We must always never forget where we come from.
Many of us, including myself, come from broken homes, broken lives, without a Father.
Many of us are raised by an aunt or a sibling.
Many is see our mothers only twice a year.
A large segment of the country needs mentoring.
The GOS needs to put programs in place to address this key point.
Then the work force will perform,
Foriegn workers spend their koney in their country not Seychelles. This represents a significant leak of revenue if we say we are speaking about 25,000 workers. How can we now pay these foreign workers a 13 month salary? I personally will refuse .
This is mad ness . The money will be spent in India or Sri Lanka. What is more the foreign worker did not contract for a 13 month salary.
Worse, it is actually illegal for GOS to enter in imposing a bonus, beyond a salary structure.
PL needs to come to its senses. Stop falling into Ramkalawans traps.
