Seychelles Under IMF Administration
Mr. Ramkalawan forgot to tell the People of Seychelles that Seychelles remains under IMF administration, meaning, IMF reviews our budgets before they are submitted each year, to reduce our indebtedness, lower our external debt, cut internal costs, and keep the Seychelles running on lean strict diet of cash. Ramkalawan seems to suggest that if elected, we will blow the IMF program, send the, back to Washington DC, and have a orgy on expenditure, similar to what he did in 2007 with SPPF to get this 38 percent MNA salary increase and pension for life.
Why Does Ramkalawan Not Propose Cutting MNA Salaries and Ministers?
We all know MNA s and ministers are over paid. Why does not Ramkalawan propose to cut these salaries? Why does he propose another increase?
While the average worker will get another salary from Ramkalwan's proposal, so will MNA 's and people like him.
How Responsible Is This?
This populist game is dangerous for Seychelles. Ramkalawan proposes this because he has no program, he has no idea what to do. He simply thinks government is an orgy of expenditure. He does not understand that Seychelles is underperforming, we are under productive, unless you listen to Madam Zialor. Boochu would have had a better explanation after eating lentils and meat in the marmite.
Get serious about Seychelles future, stop screwing with our future. Today Seychelles needs a serious dialogue, not cheap politics to make the people look like fools.

Why is Ramkalwan acting so desperate?
A 13 salary sytem cannot be a means of increasing employees salary.As the article points out,such a system cannot be inplemented in an economocally broken society,wizh astronomic debts and hundreds of existing taxes.The 13 salary system(which has its origine in switzerland),is solely used by citizens to pay their so called BUNDES STEUER,(federal tax)which all citizens must pay annually.
This sytem cannot be inplemrnted in Seychelles,because sumply citizens donot pay taxes(expect for social security which is paid by employers).Uless all indivual in society would have to pay tax,then such a system could be justified,and be appropriate Eg,,if all indivual has tobpay tax on their annual salary collected,and social security,healthcare,etc. The to sinplifies things,or instead of paying social security,healthcare etc...all zhis on a monzhly basis,zhen to simply thing,all these taxes coulscbe replace by a 13salary system(all in one,pay once a year to cover all these taxes.No as Ram is propossing and not under the actual system and in an economic stagnation,high debts and ehen a country is f rpendence on bondaids.
Ram has no manifesto as has been the case in privious elctions he particiapted in.As to the 13 salry System,Ram heard it soemwhere,,he has no idea waht is it,how it wroks, and the purpose of it.
RAm can do us a favour by stopping parroting about things he has no idea of,but instead UNITE the Oppostion,in order to finish with Pl in 2016..Pl is already broken,weaken,in dessaray,,....very things Show that if the Oppostion is serious,their Change of beating pl outrightly is real.......

Ram manifesto should be UNity with other Oppostion in order to finish with pl.....This wouold be much more benficial for Him,Society than his 13 salry System ,a System he has no idea about.

I am a Seychelloise living in a foreign country and i wish from my people to think more seriously and a million times before they go to vote for this new promising candidate.
