Seychelles Elections Called!

The Seychelles Election Commission has set the Presidential Elections 2015 forNovember 19, 20, 21 - 2015.
This election date comes within one week President James Michel resigned as President under Article 52 of the Seychelles Constitution.
James Michel is seeking a full third term of office after serving an additional 2 years on another term after France Albert Rene was pressured by his wife Sarah Rene to resign and pave the way for James Michel.
The years of James Michel in power has been inundated with national bankruptcy, IMF intervention, devaluation of the Seychelles rupee, massive absorption of South Africans, Russians, Czechs into Seychelles, at the economic expense and displacement of Seychellois in there own country. At the call of elections, Michel had only started to canvass the public after being isolated for Four ( 4 ) years, losing touch with his support base, and losing touch with the Seychellois public, who have been struggling, grappling with tough economic times, under IMF Reform.
His Cabinet is made up of a few very capable players like Danny Faure, Alain St. Ange, and Jean Paul Adam. Joel Morgan squeezes in barely as a capable minister. To James Michel's discredit are heavy handed leftist opportunists like Christian Lionnet, who has given James Michel a bad wrap, and he has used the Land Use Policy to curtail Seychellois participation in their own national development, while fanning favors for VIJAY Patel, Craig Heegar, sheikh Khalifa, and a few other big shots imported under the James Michel era of cronyism like Siva and recently, rogue doctor: V. Ramadoss. Needless to say, Lionnet incompetence or bad deeds, become James Michel's bad deeds and incompetence, since his government follows the principle of " collective responsibility", not dissimilar to how North Korea is run.

The Opponent in Principle

The opponent to James Michel in principle is Mr. Patrick Pillay and his newly founded party of ex - ministers, who bagged the leftist notion of " Collective Responsibility". Mr. Pillay has openly called James Michel corrupted. He has used the adjective: " very" before the word corrupted. Along side Pillay is Ahmed Afif, economist who ran the Ministry of Fiancé for James Michel for a number of years. Mr. Afif filed license for an airline, and the Registrar of Companies, based in the President's Office, did everything it could to deny registration to the company Mr. Afif has tried to form.  This battle has gone on and on, now for years.

Mr. Afif had been on 95 FM radio weekly discussing the economy. The program was popular among the middle class and business community. The poor under James Michel have simply gone in a coma, until formation of LALYANS SESELWA. Now the disenfranchise from the system, have awoken to James Michel' s demise.

At the calling of elections, Michel made Two critical mistakes, perhaps time will prove that they are mea culpa errors or blunders.

First Blunder

Michel dismissed himself, without touching the National Assembly. His MNA's unbeknownst to him, are at an all time low point in popularity, after neglecting their districts for Four years. They have lost touch with their people, and the sheep have taken to a frolick. MNA PL are also all subject to huge pensions irrespective of whether or not Michel wins an election. Hence, they could careless of the outcome. "The rope that ties the black cow now ties the red cow".

Pensions will make the MNA 's too lazy to campaign for James Michel. To replace them, Michel will fall back on under age children as he gets desperate and realizes the gravity of this fatal error.

Second Blunder

James Michel thinks he is popular, hence the calling of elections early. Michel this could not be farther from the TRUTH. Today your time is up. You should have known this, if people close to you were trained to speak the Truth and not indoctrinated to stroke your ego for promotions.
This rope of politeness in your eyes, becomes another: " rope that ties the black cow, now ties the Red Cow".

The sad thing about this situation is some very capable people in PL like Faure, St. Ange, Adam, ( don't forget Morgan) will now take a fall for James Michel.

Conclusion

The situation is appalling. Michel has stepped right into Ramgoolam's shoes. He too called early elections and thought he was veryopular. Why? Answer: his main squeeze at the Prime Minister Mansion told him he was handsome, sexy, vigorous, and good for another Five (5) years and another $ 500 Million dollars in the offshore account. She whispered in his big hairy ears, that drew an odour of rotten human flesh: " oh baby ! Oh Baby Ramgoolam.....my big strong man......you can do it...........close parliament......run an election......we will double our wealth in no time. I will fly to New York for you.....anytime......Baby!
