In an effort to distort facts, reality, and messages that need to get out to the Public, they distort the truth, much like a homosexual would go about acting out being straight and hiding its sexuality. The Incident
SCCI Praslin Committee ask Minister St. Ange to come to Praslin to address the business community of Praslin who will suffer from cancel bookings over a rape case of a German revisit or on the beach .
The business community met at the sight, and the Minister attended. Minister Bastienne for Internal Affairs did not turn up, nor did he send a second to stand in his place. Yet he is the key Minister needed to address the crime surge issue in Seychelles, and Praslin in particular.
On the beach a 12 business owners of small hotels were in attendance. Two turned up with umbrellas from the rain. They were red.SBC filmed this and made it a main event. The talk given by myself was spliced to take my speech which was an appeal to government that they need to work in cooperation with the business community to resolve the crime issue. SBC being the Pilon organization they are, tried t take this appeal and turn it into a political endorsement because two red umbrellas in the crowd.
This is false. The appeal of the private sector is to put politics aside, and focus on doing what is right for Praslin.
Praslin is going through a unprecedented downturn, because the government has neglected her, and in some instances, shackle her. We need the government to unshackled Praslin.
Praslin needs her fair share of taxes collected put back into Praslin. Roads are breaking, infrastructure is poor.
We need the issue of crime on Praslin to be given more attention that is thoughtful and serious. PL government must wake up to realize that dealing with crime like the English did 40 years ago will not work today in Seychelles.
The Beach Was A Disgrace
To make matters worse, SBC deliberately filmed the top half of those in attendance. Avoiding filming the filthy beach that is a disgrace to Seychelles. SBC......the Minister of Environment needs to know the beaches on Praslin are filthy and a disgrace.
The Public needs to know the government is not doing enough to keep the beaches clean. Once that information is out, government can present a serious plan which we will hold them accountable to perform.

We can not attenpt to discriminate between the function of the Judge and the function of the Jury under existing law.
It is sufficient to say thatcit is the function od the Jury to find zhe facts in a given case and the function of the judge to interpret the law relative to those facts.

Numerous attacks have been made upon the Jury~~so many in fact that it would be impossible for us to ever list them.All we can do is to merely recall some of the most frequently mentioned critism.It is said that zhe jury causes:
