The Seychelles Freedom Party ( SFP) demanded that Seychellois citizens overseas be given the Right to Vote. The premise for this demand rests squarely under the Treaty of the Universal Human Rights Charter, which Seychelles signed right after the 3 rd Rublic Constitution was passed by Refersndum.
This demand caused great division in the opposition. SNP remained silent, let the provision slide into the abyss. It's leader Wavel Ramkalawan, carpet traded this provision in tea breaks with Simon Gill his close friend in PL. On one occasion we saw them slapping each other's back in the car park, and laughing. I immediately thought, Seychellois Right To Vote was being swapped for something. Sure enough, the Right To vote has been ignored. Not one political entity, today, is speaking about this issue. Ask yourself why?

WHAT are the norms in place and practice bx all other nations on regards to their nationals living abroad whrn it comes to REGISTRATION AND VOTINGS?Registration of nationals living abroad is done at Consulates of the national in his host country.that is if you live in Uk,you register yourself not in a district locally but at your countrys consulates,Anbassy in the host country youbliving,in this case SEYCHELLES ANBASSY IN THE UK.Dito,to voting Nationals of any cointry living abroad,when need to vote the register and vote at their Ambassy in their host country.That how things work,Dr stalist Faure Those bullshit your learnt in Cuban Tobago fatms,belongs to the stone age,it has no place in the 21st century.
