Seychelles under IMF administration has exposed itself and the root of its malaise: a tax system that makes some pay, others do not pay!
This system of legislative abuse, at times, executive favoritism has created a system that is highly prejudicial to the common ordinary Seychellois, and those who dare take a risk to invest in paradise under the grips of the old Red Communist Guard.
Eden Island Does not Always Pay Taxes
On the signing of the lease for Eden Island, PL found it convenient to give Eden island three years Grace on the lease payments plus, Free Stamp Duty.
Six Hundred Villas later and hundreds of super yachts and catamarans later, what do we have? Dozens of super yachts sport the Hire craft license, which means, they did not pay taxes on their yachts when entering Seychelles. They are also enjoying numerous tax shelters, yet to be disclosed by the PL.
Hundreds of villas are being rented free of any tax to Tourists, and these funds are being banked overseas, and the owners are evading taxes in Seychelles. Evasion begets further evasion.
The question that begs an answer is this: why would PL condone such tax evasion, while strangling the common ordinary Seychellois to pay up each month? Why do they remain silent? Why does IMF play along?
Cutting Soft a Deals for fake VIP's
To make matters worse, PL. Cut an agreement to upgrade the VIP facilities at the airport, paid for by Eden Island. The catch: " all Eden Island Guest can use the VIP facilities for free" and of course the litany of abuse does not end here, while the rest of Seychelles roughs it through the green and red line, trying to avoid ragged dogs and NDEA who have a habit of roughing us up on arrival.

It should be normally expected that if seychellois have to pax taxes,goreigners doinh businesses,and working in Seychellois must do zhe same.....
IT seems,for pl thugtators the Foreigners are zhe real seychellois who can benefit for their govt tax relief,.
LET us take Eden Island,..it was built wizh multi millions of tax payers money....then Michel and his gang ,gifted it to a south african guy for one rupee per century.. Zhis guy,close to pl ,benefit from all kinds of govt financial help,as if Eden Island is a public,government owed enterprise.......Its from the bank ,pl,that privates companies must borrow money not government.THIS guy literaly,employ only Expats,all villa sale is done abroad,hrnce we donot really know how much he pocket,and sale money bank abroad,all this causing millions on lost of revenue for seychelles(financial leakage),he import duty free,.ez ..In a word Eden Island does not create one cent in profit to seychelles...
Zhe same crookrd systrm,is used by in fact all these foreigners using our land because of its beauty but also because of the team work between them and pl,which effrcz have desasztous effect on our economy ,country and people.....And pl has put everyzhing in place to help them destroy seychellois....soon the desaster,and crookd would intensify with the arrival of WTO!S International Corporations we are forced to give control and assets to anything thry want,including tax exempt,unlimited expat worker importation,more import of foreign goods,to create Food Insecurity,etc..etc....
Seychelles businesses shoild warn pl to act and make its foreign frirnds pay their taxes,else srychellois businesses should consider stopping their taxes until pl discrimination,abuses,outlawness is stopped.
Khalifa is also zhe king of seychelles,like in his desert homeland he does not pay one single Dinar in taxes...so why should he do it in his colony seychelles.....a Arab king is always above the law,laws of a countrycis for ordinary citizrns not them....And it sermd,Mullah Michelcthr Kalif of UAE colony agrees wizh his arab king...for kalif Michrl rape seychrlles taxation law to give his rich arab kings tax exempt on everything......
How can a country stop depending on foreign bondaid when it does not collect Taxes of big foreign businesses operating on our shores.Some like Eden Island even benefit for seychelles tax money in form of subvention while seychellois owed businesses are strangle with all kinds of imaginable taxes?

Michel and his gan members Govendin ,the illegal Indain chief juge and some under qualified lawyers want to rape our Constitution ,,change or abandone JURY system which is in fact the most democratic system in a courtroom...in order that Pl and his gang can further abuse Seychellois Human Rights, rights to protection under the law etc....
The JURY System is the ultimate Trail..it is the supreme decision of our justice.
A JURY is a GROUP of PERSONS(not a dicator like Pl;GOVINDEN and Illegal indian juges want in order to rape more seychellis human rights and practice arbitrary justices).The JUGE determines the LAW to be apply,while the JURY decides the FACTS.
The abandone of the JURY SYSTEM as Pl and foreign colleagues want........(that is SINGLE JUGE with all power)or BENHC TRAIL is made for small ,monior cases NON CRIMINAL CASES .Yes ,it has the advantage of being quicker,less costly...but when indiviudals life or the irsks of being jail for maybe nothing........the BENCH TRIAL is too exspeditive,undemocratic..and dictatorial.
CONCLUSION--The Jury System,is the greater system of EQALIZER.WITHOUT a JURY ,evry persons would be declare GUILTY by GOVERNMENT,whether fairness,equality, and justice would be unknown.
But JURY SYSTEM,makes the final decision of wether or not an offender is guilty.JURY give protection of THEIR RIGHTS.JURY SYSTEM is very effective in giving JUSTICE by ensuring that the COMMUNITY`S VALUES AND EPECTATION are REFLECTED in the VERDICT,and by maintaining the ACCESSIBILITY OF JUSTICE.However,refroms are necessary to improve it resource efficiency,and to maintain its effectiveness in Upholding Justice.
Pl wants to abandone JURY Sytem in order to____allow juge to be dictator and jail people by will than real justice.Pl might be thinking abandone JURY system ,would protect Pl croks if ecver face justice for their crimes-----in thexsense a corrupt juge can decide to free a pl criminal though he should be jail or executed .thereby allow pl criminals to go free.
